Rob Adams, CEO
Since starting RACO Industries over 20 years ago, Rob has led
the strategic direction of the company and has specifically applied
his expertise to the overall growth of the organization's
capabilities. The expertise that has been developed in the RACO
Industries barcode group, Identification group and the mobile
content deployment group, OpenMotion was instrumental in the
realization of the plan to create RACO Wireless, an organization
that can deliver M2M wireless data with many layers of value added
services included. With 25 years in the wireless and mobile
computing industry, Rob continues to contribute his vast experience
internally and externally, applying real-world expertise to drive
ROI and continual operational efficiencies for both RACO and our
customers.

John Horn, President
John Horn joined RACO Wireless as
president in May 2011 after serving as a leader at T-Mobile for
more than nine years. Since joining RACO Wireless, John has led the
company to record growth and achievement of multiple awards for
accomplishments in M2M.
At T-Mobile, John developed and
managed indirect distribution for the California Launch - the
largest launch in wireless history - and also launched the M2M
Channel. During his last six years at T-Mobile, he focused
specifically on developing T-Mobile's M2M program and go-to market
strategy. He also helped T-Mobile earn recognition as the market
leader for M2M services. RACO Wireless was a T-Mobile partner for
10 years before the restructure. In 2007 and 2008, he was named an
M2M Pioneer.
Prior to T-Mobile, John has served as
a manager, director and VP of other telecom companies for more than
24 years. John earned a degree in Political Science from the
University of California at Davis. He has eight children.

John Hubler, VP of Sales
John Hubler joined RACO Wireless as Vice President of Sales and
Business Development after leading Business Development for the M2M
Channel. John was a leader at T-Mobile for the past nine years.
With over 22 years of experience in the areas of sales, marketing,
and business development, John is focused on the development of key
verticals across telematics, security, utilities, asset management
and telehealth.
John began his professional career in retail with AT&T
Consumer Products, but quickly found his passion in the wireless
telecommunications industry. He later grew his skills at Bell
Atlantic Mobile/Verizon Wireless with numerous leadership roles in
marketing/sales and business development across data and indirect
distribution. John has three children and has been married for 29
years.

Tom Gregor, VP of Product Development
Tom has 15 years of experience in the wireless communications
industry. Most recently, he had national responsibility for all
Sales Engineering, and Sales Operations activities for T-Mobile's
M2M Sales Channel.
Joining Omnipoint Communications in 1996, Tom designed and led
the infrastructure build of the mobile network operator's IT
network. Through the Voicestream Wireless acquisition, Tom managed
and led teams of IT professionals. Joining T-Mobile in 2002 through
yet another acquisition, Gregor joined the Sales Engineering team
where he has led the success of wireless data adoption for
enterprise customers and M2M solution partners. He has developed
and designed the connectivity requirements for T-Mobile's M2M
program, and has created the T-Mobile M2M SIM product
portfolio.
Tom earned a bachelor's degree in finance from Providence
College and an MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University.

Chris Francosky, VP of Technology
Chris Francosky is currently VP of Technology for RACO Wireless.
Chris has an extensive background in technical leadership and
project management in the wireless communications industry.
Throughout his ten years at RACO, Chris has overseen dozens of
large scale wireless and mobile technology projects. Most recently,
Chris has directed the build-out of RACO's next generation M2M
network and development of our device management portal, The Omega
Management Suiteā¢. Chris oversees a talented staff of software and
network engineers and manages the day to day operations of RACO's
three world class datacenters. He possesses a wide range of
experience in the areas of network security, disaster
recovery/business continuity, location based services, enterprise
systems and massively-scalable application architecture.
Prior to joining RACO, Chris served as network engineer at
Cendant Corporation (now known as Trilegiant Corporation) and
helped support several pioneering e-commerce websites. Chris
received his Bachelor in Computer Science from The Ohio State
University.

Tom Lehn, VP of Operations
Tom Lehn is currently VP of Operations for RACO Wireless. Since
joining RACO 10 years ago, Tom was instrumental in the formation of
RACO Wireless as a separate business unit of RACO Industries. With
20 years of experience in the barcoding industry and ten years of
experience in the wireless industry, Tom is well suited to direct
the day to day operations, strategize with the sales and management
teams and operationally implement the plans for the future growth
of the company. Tom leads a talented team responsible for customer
support, inventory management, billing and Tier 1 help desk for
RACO Wireless customers.
Prior to joining RACO, Tom served six years in the US Navy and
worked for several barcoding companies including Weber Marking and
Dennison Manufacturing (now Avery Dennison). Tom is a graduate of
Baptist College of Charleston, now Charleston Southern University,
in Charleston, SC.

Brian Garrepy, Director of Business Development - East
Brian Garrepy has worked in the wireless industry for over 14
years, beginning with Bell South Mobility in Florida, before moving
to Sprint PCS as a Retail Store Manager. After relocating to
Chicago, Brian spent over 10 years in various sales and support
positions within T-Mobile's VAR and M2M Channels, before leaving to
join RACO Wireless as a Director of Sales. With a focus on all M2M
verticals, Brian has a proven track record of developing profitable
partnerships as a Partner Account Manager and driving new business
growth as a Business Development Manager.

Scott Ellis, Director of Business Development - West
Scott Ellis has joined RACO Wireless as Director of Business
Development after over 9 years at T-Mobile. While at T-Mobile he
developed and managed Indirect Distribution for the California
launch - the largest in wireless history. Over the last 6 years
Scott held various management roles in the M2M channel and helped
build a market leading M2M channel.
Previous to T-Mobile Scott has served as a Manger of other
telecom companies for over 7 years. He has managed indirect
distribution models in both the business and consumer channels.
Scott earned a degree from the University of South Carolina's Wall
School of Business.
