Everything Everywhere Announces Key Alliance with U.S.
M2M Enabler RACO Wireless
Partnership enables RACO Wireless' U.S.-based customers
looking to transform their businesses through mobility to quickly
and easily launch throughout Europe
London, UK - 11th October 2011: Everything Everywhere,
the U.K.'s biggest communications company, today revealed a
partnership with RACO Wireless, a leading
machine-to-machine (M2M) partner and enabler in the USA. The
agreement will provide RACO Wireless' customers with access to
Everything Everywhere's network for their international operations,
allowing them to quickly and easily launch M2M applications
throughout Europe.
The move is the first of a number of partnerships which
underline Everything Everywhere's intent to be the partner of
choice for companies looking to extend their M2M services
internationally.
In addition, Everything Everywhere has joined a Service Alliance
with France Telecom and Deutsche Telekom. The Service Alliance will
guarantee Everything Everywhere's M2M customers, including RACO
Wireless customers, network access and high standards of service
right across Europe.

The partnership builds on a long-term relationship between
T-Mobile USA and RACO Wireless, and will allow RACO Wireless and
Everything Everywhere to offer their customers a one-stop shop for
connectivity solutions in the U.S., U.K. and European markets.
In March 2011, Everything Everywhere announced that its
partnership with RACO Wireless will, in the near future, allow
Everything Everywhere's and RACO Wireless' M2M customers to take
advantage of a new multi-IMSI capability designed for
cost-effective international M2M deployment. The multi-IMSI
solution will act as a local SIM when deployed in the U.S. and
U.K., enabling M2M application providers to avoid high roaming
charges and benefit from improved coverage. The solution will be
available in early 2012.

This partnership follows the recent launch of the Everything
Everywhere M2M Management Platform, as well as the announcement of
a partnership with Redtail Telematics
Ltd, to expand Everything Everywhere's M2M capabilities into
new and innovative markets.
