Securus Taps RACO Wireless for M2M Support of Its GPS Solutions

RACO Wireless will provide wireless connectivity and SIM
management tools for Securus
RACO Wireless, a key machine-to-machine (M2M) partner and
enabler, announced that it is providing the M2M backbone for
Securus Inc., a market-leading provider of GPS-based products and
services. Specifically, RACO Wireless supports wireless network
connectivity and SIM management for a wide range of GPS
applications offered by Securus Inc.
RACO Wireless specializes in providing wireless connectivity for
machine-to-machine applications via T-Mobile's network. Securus has
developed a hardware and software platform called GPSaaS (Global
Positioning System as a Service) that provides safety and security
applications for colleges, child safety, law enforcement and other
markets. Securus will leverage RACO Wireless' Omega Management
Suite™ (OMS) platform for SIM management on its personal, portable
GPS devices.
The combination of the T-Mobile network and RACO Wireless'
expert team and tools like OMS, make RACO Wireless a powerhouse for
M2M solutions.
